This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit www.martinodini.com or contact us through it, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Martino Dini Studio S.r.l. Uninominale, VAT no. 07526820480. Contact: info@martinodini.com.
Contact requests. If you write to us through the contact form, we process the data you provide (such as name, email address, company, message and any details about your project) to reply to your request and, where applicable, to prepare a quotation or take steps before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Messages sent through the form are emailed to us and also stored in the website’s database. Providing the data marked as required is necessary to receive a reply.
Direct messages. If you write to us by email or start a chat on WhatsApp, we process the data you send us for the same purposes. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta; its own privacy notice applies to the chat.
Browsing data. Like every website, our servers record technical data (such as IP address, date and time, pages requested) needed for security and proper operation (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). We also use Jetpack Stats, a privacy-friendly service that produces anonymous, aggregated statistics on visits and does not use cookies to track you across sites.
Contact requests are kept for the time needed to handle them and, if a working relationship begins, for the periods required by accounting and tax law. Technical logs are kept for a limited period set by the hosting provider.
Data is processed by the controller and by providers acting as data processors, in particular: the hosting provider (Aruba S.p.A.), the email and workspace provider (Google Ireland Ltd.), and the website and statistics services (Automattic Inc. / Jetpack). Data is not sold and is not shared for advertising. Where a provider is based outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses).
You can ask us at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Write to info@martinodini.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
